"Worked Like It Was Supposed To"
It shot clean and worked fine for me. No weird issues, no mess, no drama. I’m usually skeptical because you never know what companies are quietly cutting corners on these days, but this one did what it was supposed to do.

"Checkout issues need to be fixed"
I tried to check out, but the page kept freezing and my payment wouldn’t go through. I gave it two tries, and then somehow my cart got messed up too. At that point I just gave up. It’s really frustrating, and the company needs to take responsibility for making sure the checkout process actually works

"Good experience so far"
I’ve ordered twice now and both shipments showed up on time. The tracking was clear, which helped. One box had a small dent when it arrived, but the ammo inside was totally fine. I’d probably order again, though I’d be curious to hear if others have had the same kind of experience.

"Not the Best Range Experience"
Shipping was fine overall, but the rounds just felt kind of off, hard to describe. I had a few misfires at the range and the performance seemed inconsistent. I don’t think I’d buy these again.

"Good company, really like the 2A focus"
I really like that ammo.com is open about supporting the Second Amendment and doesn’t seem afraid to stand with gun owners. That kind of thing matters to me, especially now when a lot of companies stay quiet about it.
I’m giving 4 stars because the site is easy enough to use and I respect the message behind the company. It’s not perfect, since prices can really move around a bit, but overall I’ve had a good experience and appreciate what they stand for.

"Customer service actually helped me out"
I had an issue with my order and had to reach out to customer service, which I never love doing because you never know if it’s going to be a whole back-and-forth thing. They got back to me quickly, though, not instantly, so I wouldn’t say the wait time was perfect or anything, but it also wasn’t long enough for me to get annoyed. Once they responded, they were able to fix the problem with my order, and that was really all I needed. Overall, it was a decent experience and I appreciated that they actually handled it without making it more complicated.

Had to return part of my order because I accidentally picked the wrong item lol, totally my bad and not on them. The return process was straightforward, though I did end up emailing once just to check what was going on. The refund came through a few days after they received it back, so not instant, but fair enough tbh. Overall I’d give it 4 stars since everything worked out — just wish the updates were a bit quicker.

I ordered from ammo on a Monday expecting it to take a bit, so I was surprised when it shipped out quickly and showed up just a few days later. The box was in good shape, everything I ordered was there, and the tracking actually updated the way it should. I always worry about orders like this getting delayed or something missing, so it was a relief not to lose time chasing anything down. My brother and I ordered some ammo and it showed up packed well. The boxes held together fine, though one corner was a little crushed when it arrived. Luckily the ammo itself was totally fine, so no real complaints. I’d order from them again.

I’ve ordered from Ammo a few times now, when I’m in the mood to just get what I need without hunting all over the internet, it’s been reliable. Their inventory is usually better than a lot of other sites I check, and it’s easy to see what’s actually in stock. Most of what I needed was available, which was a relief, but one caliber I wanted was out, so it wasn’t a perfect experience. Still, it’s a solid place I tend to check first. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the restocks came a little faster.

I’ve mostly used Ammo for the guides and not really for buying anything. The caliber breakdowns and history pages was easy to follow, and I like that they explain things in a way that doesn’t feel like you already need to know all the ammo terms.

Some of the pages do get kind of long, so I usually was skimming around to find the part I needed. But overall, it’s been helpful when I’m trying to get a better handle on basic ammo stuff.

My order was good and everything went smoothly, I really don’t have any complaints about the product or the process, I just wish the shipping cost was a little lower because that part felt a bit high.
